Cheers to a Bygone Era!

My happy place has always been listening to Goodman, Sinatra, Ellington, Fitzgerald and the like! I can kill a whole weekend watching Lucy, Brando, Astaire and Rogers.

That era was filled with such class, grace and ease.

I decided that I wanted to design and develop a place that we can go to forget our worries and step back in time to when the men wore hats and the ladies wore pearls.

Auburn Lounge is that place!

My name is Michelle, but my friends call me Shelly. Rewind your mind to the glorious days of America’s Golden Age, when the movies were musical, the bands were big, and the dance floors were swinging to the rhythm of a new and vibrant generation of the blues and jazz. Experience the Golden Age at the Auburn Lounge cocktail bar and speakeasy, located in the heart of Danville, California.

Our menus feature sharable small plates and a variety of specialty wines & cocktails that have been hand crafted with love. Taking the term “speakeasy” to the next level, the Auburn Lounge fosters an environment for real, meaningful conversation where all views and lifestyles are encouraged to be themselves, and let their troubles wash away at the end of the work day.
